The Forces of Involution

Parasite:  An organism that lives and feeds on or in an organism of a different species and causes harm to its host.

The Gnostics referred to the astral forces that have infiltrated human consciousness as Archons, a latin word for “Authorities” or “Rulers”. In gnostic cosmology, archons were appointed as the overseers of the demiurge, where they serve as controllers of the cosmic influences that humanity receives. Overcoming the powers of the archons was a central theme for the gnostics; so much so that they held rites to purify the life force of the initiate in preparation for their journey beyond the demiurge and into the pleroma after death.

A more appropriate name for these forces would be parasites, due to their parasitic nature. The change in namesake also helps shift their illegitimate title away from feeding the illusion of power that they are nourished by and restores that power back to its rightful place with the individual. If evolution is the progression of consciousness into the state of awareness, then they are the forces of involution, as their aim is to direct consciousness into the state of ignorance, or sleep.

Their presence here is largely within the minds of humans. They are the negative polarity of the trickster archetype. It’s through deception that they manipulate us into nourishing them. They feed on our negative emotions and thoughts. Through telepathy, they activate their thought-forms in our minds. This back and forth dialogue between these forces and their host form an illusion of self that both literally and metaphorically produce an imitation of ourselves. This false self is a reflection of our lower qualities out of all the potentials one can access within their creative evolution.

If we are not actively integrating our shadow or becoming self aware, it won’t be very hard to get pulled into a vicious cycle of negativity by these forces. Our True Self represents our higher qualities and our potential for positive evolution beyond the matrix. However, our True self requires our attention and nourishment in order to self-actualize.

This manipulation of the human condition is both a part of our evolutionary process, just as much as it is an attempt to thwart humanity from its spiritual evolution. The power that these forces hold is within the hypnotic suggestions/commands they place in our minds and through the dramas they design, like the setting of a stage for a play, in the hopes that we will choose unconscious reactivity over conscious progression.

For instance, when division and conflict are intentionally staged by the powers that be, there is already a vibrational match to division and conflict within humanity. They are tapping into the wounds that are already held inside the collective psyche. However, despite having a vibrational match to corresponding traumas, we can still use our freewill to determine where we go with this. Will we deny there’s a trauma in need of healing, or move it in the direction of consciousness.⁣⁣ In a back handed way, we can look at this as almost pointing us to what is still seeking resolution in the collective psyche.

Just like how the axiom “Order out of chaos” does not necessarily mean it has to be a negative creation—even if there is negative intent.⁣⁣ Even though the forces of involution use their human counterparts to fund opposing groups and drive further division, they can’t control how the individual chooses to respond. They’re simply betting against our ability to transmute collective trauma. ⁣⁣So there is ancestral wounds held in the collective’s emotional body and there is also intentional divide and conquer happening at the same time. ⁣⁣If we don’t cultivate the ability to recognize the genuine aspects inside manufactured chaos, we can succumb to the pitfall of believing that acknowledging one another’s unique struggles solely serve these forces agenda with no benefits to be reaped, or aspects in need of reclaiming. The healing process has many cathartic elements that can mirror destruction. Typically the healing journey will not look pretty, nor is it linear, but it’s necessary in order to draw out our blind spots: where we need our heart open, where we need to develop clearer logic, where we have cognitive dissonance and where portions of our consciousness still need to awaken.

How does humanity assist these thought parasites who are fed by human suffering and turmoil?

From a macrocosm viewpoint

We assist these forces by legitimizing their pathological institutions. It is through these institutions that war, the biggest negative energy generator, is always scripted and sold to us as a necessary evil. In this way, we are used as the vehicle through which they are able to create the horrors of the world by mechanically carrying out their orders. We assist them through remaining unaware of their pathology and thereby legitimizing it.

From a microcosm viewpoint

Our thoughts and actions assist them when we do not practice self awareness. A primary tactic is to fuel misperceptions of ourselves and others in order to create inner conflict. It’s human nature to project, or even misperceive. These qualities are not the fault of negative influences, however our ego can easily be maneuvered in any direction if we are not aware of what perceptions are fueling our emotional states. When we can become curious to what is creating an emotional charge in us, we can start to connect with it consciously, as though we were behind the scenes. This is how we discover what beliefs are generating our perception. Once we are aware of our beliefs in any given moment, we can begin to relate with them with compassion whether they are accurate or not. Inner conflict can go on indefinitely if we don’t use it to understand ourselves better. Being understood is the greatest love language we can give ourselves and it also raises our frequency.

How can we reclaim ourselves from the Forces of Involution?

The forces of involution feed off the frequencies that are a vibrational match to their own energetic makeup: jealousy, fear, greed, hate, hostility etc. However, emotions that elevate our being like compassion and empathy are not only unpalatable to the parasites–they are kryptonite. This brings us to the most important reflection that these forces provide us: Anything we don’t heal will be used against us through Natural Law. As long as we hold unresolved trauma within our soul stream, we remain susceptible to the forces that ruthlessly exploit it.

Learning to use our compassion and discernment together in synergy, helps us expand our perception and embody the higher qualities of our True Self. It is our connection with our True Self that requires nourishing. When we speak, act and think from our higher level of authenticity, we are in the driver seat.

Remember that the mind is a powerful ally. It’s the manifestation of the Spirit. Not only does it protect us from information we are not prepared to cope with, it retrieves necessary content from the subconscious, generates new pathways when we are learning and much more. The mind itself is not an enemy, it becomes adversarial when we get lost in our attachment to deceptive thought-forms. Learn to discern when the forces of involution may be usurping your life force through distorting your perception.

In this way, we can utilize these parasitic forces as a reflection of what we don’t wish to align with, and consciously take charge of our own creative evolution.
